Everyone’s story is different. While life can be challenging, sometimes we all need a space to pause and reflect. Therapy offers a supportive environment to understand your feelings, find clarity, and grow at your own pace.
Let me know what brings you to therapy a this point, or feel free to just ask anything. I’ll respond with times for a brief introductory chat and a brochure with session details.

The Humanistic Movement reminds us that a person is not a problem to be solved, but an endless source of meaning and potential.
Rogers trusted in people. So do I. Not because I have simply studied his theory — as someone who believes in something understood — but because I have lived it, both within myself and in my work with others. This is why this book exists: as an invitation to Bulgarian readers to discover an approach that places not the diagnosis, but the person at the centre.
This contemporary book builds on that legacy, weaving together new research and modern perspectives to offer a fresh and deeply relevant understanding of the Person-Centred Approach for today’s world.
